Your Delivery Journey — Step by Step

Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation with your estimated production and delivery timeline. For in-stock items, this is typically 3–5 working days.

Dispatch Notification
The day before delivery, you receive an SMS and email with your 2-hour delivery window and a live tracking link so you can follow your furniture in real time.

Careful Loading
Each piece is wrapped in moving blankets, secured with furniture straps, and loaded into our climate-controlled vehicles. Fragile items travel in custom foam cradles.

Protected Transit
Our vehicles are fitted with air-ride suspension to absorb road vibration. GPS tracking ensures optimal routing and on-time arrival within your booked window.

In-Home Placement
Our two-person team carries items to any room in your home, wearing protective shoe covers. We assemble everything on-site and position it exactly where you want it.

Clean Departure
We remove every scrap of packaging — cardboard, foam, plastic wrap — and take it back to our facility for recycling. We leave your home cleaner than we found it.
Packaging That Protects — And Doesn’t Waste
Every piece is wrapped in reusable moving blankets for transit, then placed in recyclable cardboard and FSC-certified paper padding for the final leg. We’ve eliminated single-use plastic from our packaging entirely since 2022.
Our packaging engineers design custom solutions for each product category — a dining table travels very differently from a glass-fronted cabinet or an upholstered headboard.
♻️ 98% of our packaging materials are recycled or reused. Our target is 100% by end of 2025.

What if my furniture doesn’t fit through the door?
Our delivery team are trained in furniture manoeuvring and carry specialist tools including door-removal kits and furniture sliders. In rare cases where access is genuinely impossible, we’ll work with you to find a solution — including partial disassembly where the design allows.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes — up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery at no charge. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a small fee. Contact our delivery team directly via the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Do you deliver to upper floors without a lift?
Yes, for items up to 80 kg. For heavier pieces, we’ll discuss options with you at the time of booking. There is no additional charge for stairs up to 3 flights.
What happens if something is damaged on arrival?
Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it immediately. Contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Our delivery insurance covers all items in transit.
